A well-coordinated extrusion technology ensures the crucial required product quality. The extruder drive is electro-mechanical and features a speed control, for which an energy-efficient direct drive comprised of a motor and gears is used. The extruder screw and feeder zone geometry are synchronised so that many plastics suitable for blow moulding can be processed at a high melt strength, low mass temperature and with good homogeneity.
