We offer a flexible working schedule between 06:00 and 20:00. Core working hours are Monday through Thursday from 09:00 to 15:00 and Friday from 09:00 to 13:00.
Yes, we offer training opportunities tailored to your role and needs. We don’t follow a one-size-fits-all approach – instead, we provide flexible options. A specialist career is always possible. Taking on a leadership role depends on several factors, especially whether a suitable position is available.
Our central ERP system is MS Navision/Dynamics. Additionally, all departments use the MS 365 Office Suite. Other department-specific systems are also used and detailed in the respective job descriptions.
Each role comes with an individual onboarding plan tailored to your area and previous experience. On your first day, you’ll check in at reception at the agreed time. From there, we’ll welcome you, provide your documents, and conduct a briefing on workplace safety and fire protection. You’ll also receive introductory information about the company and access to our SharePoint. After that, your journey in your department begins, and colleagues will always be available to support you with any questions.
