We have enhanced the Tandem Blow and Multi-Cavity technology to make inexpensive bulk production possible with a reproducible article quality even for very high-volume output. Our extrusion heads have been equipped with spiral mandrel distribution technology for the manufacture of multilayer food packaging – barrier layer can extend the shelf life and reduce diffusion processes from affecting the contents. At the same time, minimal wall thicknesses require significantly less raw material, while also reducing the weight. Furthermore, we can draw on decades of experience in the field of sterile blow-moulding of plastic packaging for contents such as milk and juices, which spoil easily.
